All your technical problems, You need to create Support Ticket as below

Login to your Client Area  >> Submit Ticket >> Then provide complete Details about your issue (It is better to send SCREENSHOT of the error)


Please Note:

We don't provide tech support over the phone or as normal email. you MUST open a SUPPORT Ticket

Please Mention all the details regarding your error. without much information, it is not possible  to  solve down the issue.

DON'T open more than ONE ticket for same issue.

Please note that in some cases response times may be longer than normal due to a high number of tickets, or a complicated issue. Please refrain from replying to the ticket asking for an update as this moves your ticket back to the bottom of the queue which will delay the response time further


We provide technical support related to our service only (Web Hosting , Domain registration...). We DON'T provide support for third party SCRIPTS (Including open source applications) Installation or debugging. You need to contact your webmaster or the Script provider for the problem on those applications.

For Resellers : If you have any issues regarding your client's domain, Then you should contact us. We NEVER provide tech support to your clients directly
