Below are the Ticket Status and meaning

1) Open - Ticket has been created by client or tech support and waiting for check by client or tech support

2) Answered - Tech support responded to the ticket and waiting for client response.

3) Customer Reply - Client has reply to a ticket and waiting for respond by Tech Support

4) Hold - Ticket on hold for future review.

5) Closed - Tickets closed automatically after 48 hours ( if no reply from client ), However client can reply to closed ticket to re-open it.
