There is an issue with hosting server and currently datacenter techs are working on it, below is the update we received. below is the email we received regading the issue.
We need to inform you that the server completely crashed and all actions that were done from our side have not brought any positive results. Therefore the accounts from the affected server will have to be restored one by one from our external backup storage on to a new server.
Approximately 48 hours for the process to complete. All new updates will be posted on this page.
