While we never like to have to write an email like this, we felt that it was important to communicate directly with you regarding recent service interruptions that you have experienced with your account on this server.
Beginning at yesterday afternoon, our team of System Administrators became aware of a disk issue on this server. Immediately, they began attempts to recover data on the server however further investigation has revealed that both the original disk and the backup available included corrupted data. After working for more than 24 hours, employing a number of different recovery techniques, we have made the extremely difficult determination that the data corruption is an unrecoverable event and we have no ability to read or access any data at this time.
We realize data integrity is a significant issue and I can assure you we're are taking every step possible to make sure that this situation does not happen in the future.
If you maintained your own backups with you, we are happy to use your backups to restore the account in question for you. . We can also recreate the account for you fresh if that's needed / if you are having issues logging in, So you can upload your site again. Just respond and let us know what you need.
